I brought my 7 year old HP desktop computer in to check for viruses, slow boot-up and remove any malware.  The people at Saratoga did an outstanding job of removing all the junk software on the computer; I asked  them to max-out the RAM memory on the computer...and download Window10; they did at considerably less costs than what the Geek Squad wanted to charge me.  The computer runs incredibly much, much quicker than when I first brought it in.  When I open an application it is very, very fast.  The people at Saratoga told me I would be pleasantly surprised at how fast the computer would run...I was not just  pleasantly surprised...I was astonished !!!!  They saved me from having to buy a new computer.
